Registration/Tuition

Vernal TaVaci is a school year based program.  We start the Monday after Labor day, take a break after the Christmas

concert and resume the week after school starts in January until the concert in April. When you register your child, 

you commit to the program for the entire year.

Registration Fee:

• $25 per family

Yearly Tuition:

• $280 for first student
• $240/student for second student 
• $200/student for 3rd student 
• $160/student for 4th student
• 5th student FREE tuition!

*All yearly tuition paid in full by the first class in September will receive 2 months FREE!

Semester Tuition:

• $140 for first student
• $120/student for second student 
• $100/student for 3rd student 
• $80/student for 4th student
• 5th student FREE tuition!

*All semester tuition paid in full by the first class in September/January will receive one month FREE!

For your convenience we accept monthly payments of the tuition averaged over the 8 months.  

• $35 a month for first student
• $30 a month for second student ($65/month)
• $25 a month for third student ($90/month)
• $20 a month for fourth student ($110/month)
• 5th student FREE tuition!

*All monthly payments are due by the second class each month.

 Any tuition payments made after that will be subject to a $10 late charge.  $20 returned check fee.

Concert Fees (two concerts a year):

• $15.00 per concert PER STUDENT

The concert fee helps offset costs associated with the concert such as: rental of the auditorium,

 stage set up, etc.  We do not charge an admission fee, so feel free to invite anyone you would like.

Prop Fees

Prop fees are determined per concert.  The students use the props during class time and 

performances.  The props belong to the students at will be taken home after the concert.

Prop fees can range from $5-$20 per concert/per student.

Costume fee: 

• Boys $35 (Includes black button-up shirt & red tie.  You provide black slacks/socks/shoes.)
• Pre-2nd girls $60 (Includes red satin dress w/sash.  You provide black tights/dress shoes.)
• 3rd-7th Girls $60 (Includes red sparkle top & black skort. You provide black undershirt/tights/dress shoes.)
• TaVaci t-shirt $15 (optional)
• TaVaci hoodie $20 (optional)

*We use the same costumes every year for both concerts.  We help families in buying/trading used

 costumes for discounted prices.  Costume fees are subject to change.
